Every inch of this 6,000 square foot suburban Washington DC home was designed after the initial build. The challenge with the classic prairie style residence was to bring a more contemporary look while maintaining the prairie’s casual comfort. Combinations of luxurious leathers, chenilles, linens, and silks blended seamlessly with the array of hand knotted rugs. The formal living room took on its own parlor feel with a touch more classic traditional pieces. Art was the final touch with planned and scaled commissions done by Lynn Boggess.
